"Tons of options"
Menu’s stacked, pizza, pasta, burgers, apps, lots of beer too. Super easy spot when nobody in the group wants the same thing

"I really like Old Chicago, but my..."
I really like Old Chicago, but my online order was wrong again. They forgot the dipping sauce and the pizza had the wrong toppings. The pickup was on time, which I appreciated, but it’s still frustrating to get home and realize it’s not what you paid for. Feels like a avoidable mistake.

"Solid takeout, just a bit of a wait"
I ordered takeout from Old Chicago, and it pretty much confirmed what I already thought: their pizza is usually a safe bet. The food was still hot when I picked it up, and the pizza tasted good. Pickup did take a little longer than they originally said, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, still a good takeout option.

"always a solid stop"
i’ve been to a few old chicago spots now, and it’s pretty much the same good experience every time. the food comes out tasty, the staff is friendly, and there’s never anything weird or unexpected. just an easy, reliable place to grab a bite

"Honestly surprised by how fast it was"
I ordered from oldchicago.com and at first I was just hoping it wouldn’t take forever, but then my food was ready way faster than I expected. I was kind of shocked in a good way, honestly. No standing around getting annoyed or wondering what was going on. It was just easy, quick, and a little relieving after a long day. I’d definitely use it again.

"Good Pizza, wings were just okay"
Overall, the food was good. The pizza showed up Hot, had plenty of cheese, and the crust was really nice. The wings were a little on the Dry side, but they still had decent flavor and were tasty enough.

"Great beer selection"
The beer list was the highlight for me, they had everything from simple lagers to a bunch of stuff I hadn’t tried before. I had a couple different ones and they were both cold and really good.

"Should’ve trusted my gut about the reservation"
I tried making a reservation on Old Chicago, and the whole process felt a little glitchy from the start. I got a confirmation, so I figured it was fine, but something about it just seemed off. Sure enough, when we got to the restaurant, they said they didn’t have the reservation. The staff was friendly and tried to help, but waiting around with hungry kids is never fun. Next time I’ll probably trust my instinct and just call the restaurant directly instead of using the site.

I’ve ordered from Old Chicago a few times now, and the billing has been accurate every time. No random extra fees, the taxes looked normal, and the total matched what I thought I was paying. after dealing with other sites where little surprise charges start to wear down your trust, it’s nice not having to double-check everything or chase down a mistake.

"Nice savings when we remember to check"
I usually take a quick look at oldchicago.com before we head in because the specials are easy to find. Since we check ahead of time, we’ve saved a few bucks on pizza and beers. We’ve never had any issues using the deals either, so it’s been worth it for us.

"Really good pizza"
I really enjoyed this pizza. The crust was crispy, so every bite had a nice crunch, and the cheese tasted just right to me. Because of that, the whole pizza ended up tasting really good.

"Big portions and definitely filling"
I was happy with how much food came with the order, the portions were bigger than I expected, and I ended up having leftovers. The only small downside was that everything was a little heavier than I was in the mood for, but that’s not a bad problem to have. Overall, it was filling, worth the money, and I’d give it 4 stars.

"When I stopped in, the place just felt..."
When I stopped in, the place just felt taken care of. The tables and floors were clean, and even the bathroom looked like someone was keeping up with it. Reading between the lines, that usually says a lot about how a place is run. It made it easy to relax and enjoy my meal.

"Friendly service, even if the food took its sweet time"
The staff was really friendly and checked on us just the right amount, which was nice. The food took a little longer than I was hoping for, but they were polite about it and kept our drinks full, so at least we weren’t just sitting there completely forgotten. Overall, it was a good visit, and I’d probably go back
